Seriously? As if he hadn't taken enough of our rights away in his two terms of office he wants to throw in one more before getting out. And to call it the "right of conscience" rule is simply ridiculous. I should be allowed to make my own decisions without the judgments of ten other people, including the person who cleans the instruments. For shame, W., women do not need your hand interfering with their own medial decisions.
